Mostly Bourbon began with reviews I posted on the r/bourbon subreddit and has developed into what it is today. Writing and sharing my reviews with a like-minded community of whiskey enthusiasts has become one of my favorite pastimes. Whenever possible, I like to include in-depth information about the distillery, its history, and the people behind the brand I’m reviewing. I thank Jay West for using his rating scale, which I’ve borrowed for all my reviews. Cheers!
